Morocco property of deceased father.

Help all. Need help. Partners father passed last year. No will left. He was uk resident with an apartment in agadir. I have probate and inheritance certificate from uk. Translated to french by notiare with signed apostle. Cant get any further in morocco as they wont recognise the word executor on certificate of inheritance. I am thousands in debt and stuck.

Has anyone been through this. Can someone pls help. I really dont know what to do. Spoke to notiare. Translator. Lawyer. Suggest it has to go to court for a judgement. I xant keep spending in the hope someone will actually do their job. It is tearing our relationship apart. There must be others who have gone through this.
