What requirements are needed to bring our personal cat out of the country once we leave in Feb?

We have already the Health certificate from Canada exports and a Canadian vet in Toronto before we arrived in Tunisia in early jan 2018.聽 I'm wondering if those paperworks are still okay to use on exit.

No I don't think so. Most likely it will have to be less than 30 days old. If Canada is like the US then you need to worry more about the airline company. There isn't a lot of information online I would suggest you call your embassy and make sure it's all in order. I hope you won't have to quarantine
