Hey guys I need some help. I have been looking for a call center company in Philippines. I got some quotes but the price just does not make sense, compare to what I hear these workers are getting paid. After doing some reading it looks like I can rent a temp office that is all set up for calling.(desks, computer, phone system) All I would need is workers. I would like to start with 5 workers. I need superstars, willing to pay premium but I want the best. I'm told average caller makes 12000-16000. Willing to pay 22000-25000 + bonus. Looking for suggestions, what fees are there for phones, taxes, I think I'm missing something I don't know what. please help Thank you

as a start, try to search for a place where you will have a good human resource for your small call center. i recommend in manila but its pretty much crowded and the labor cost is kinda high. the better option is in cebu.

for you to form a corporation you should start investing with four people because philippine law requires at least 5 incorporators. there is a minimum capital requirement for it. then register your business to sec, bir and to the lgu where will you put your up your company.

then finally, you should know how to save from taxes. register your business either to boi or to peza.
