Condominium in Davao

Hi there,


I'm looking to buy a 2 bedroom condo in Davao City. Can someone point me to a discussion thread here in regards to which are the best and worst. I've rented at a couple of them so far, and I intend to meet with the agents to do some tours, but hoping there are some expats with boots on the ground knowledge.


Also, if known can you let me know the monthly fees, I believe the average is around 4K, but what does that include and is it "bang for buck".


Any information would be greatly appreciated.
