Hi. I am wondering if there are any musicians out there who can give me any information about the availability of musical equipment (mainly electronic, studio based stuff such as synths, interfaces, DSP, speakers, amps) and if there is a local second hand market for such things? If I do come I would be building a small home studio for my own purposes, not commercial. I would imagine if there is it would all be based around Colombo? Also, is there much original music happening? Any information gratefully received.
