Looking for a room or appartement/house to share in Colombo

Dear Colombo Forum,

My name is Jerome, I am French and I am just arriving from 5 years in Afgha, 3 of which I spent owning and running a French Restaurant.

I arrived in Sri Lanka to launch a tourist resort on the east coast.

As most of my work will at first be based in colombo, I am looking for an accomodation to stay. I would be happy to start a colocation of an appartment or house but might have to move to Batti area in 4 months or so.
