English Speaking real estate agent in Bangkok

thailover

Hi,
I am considering moving to Bangkok. I have been there many times and now ready to spend extended time there.
I am also interested to buy a condo in Bangkok. So far, I didn't have much luck finding an agent via the internet. Would appreciate if someone can refer a good agent (preferably an expat) who speaks English.
Thanks,
Shane

Hello Shane, can try to help you, but do you know which part of Bangkok you wish to live and buy? the condo appartment. and size?
Second have you concidered other location outside the greater city, you need to understand that Bangkok is a very large city and transport is complex.
or you already have a plan ?

Kind regards Jacky

Thanks for your responses. My current plan is evolving. I would like to live in Sathorn area. Now i am thinking it would be best to go live in short term rental for a tleast six months, get better feel of the city as a resident vs. visitor and then move forward with the purchase.

Have you decided what style, streets, size etc? I assume you have also considered transport and would want to be close to a BTS or MRT station yes? Very nice part of BKK Sathorn, you have an awful lot of choice there.
