My name is Flavio and I'm writing from Italy (own country) where I live, again, since 2020 and after 3 decades spent abroad (Europe, Asia, South America).

I'm 66 and planning to move, again, together my wife.

I'm studying Nica and Panama.  They both please me, on the paper, and if the theory will pass the exams i will travel for a first inspection of one or both countries.

The last 5 years (2019-24) have not been easy, and not only for travelling, due to the plan-demic.  The lack of restrictions on moving around a country is now a priority, together with the freedom to decide about my body and health.

For those reasons i'm putting Nica in the bucket list.  The info I got come from interviews available in the Web and so far Nica seems to be more tolerant than other countries.

I'm joining this forum to get your opinion and experience about Nica.

Let's consider that having been living in italy (north ans south) and remote areas of Chile is a point in my favour when dealing with the slow paced way of life and unreliable answers, especially from the authorities.

Anyone willing to help?   Answers in Spanish are welcome too.

Thanks ;-)
