Whether it's about meeting people, relaxing, or bonding with your coworkers, it is also a great way to get to know the local customs and habits.

Here are a few questions to start with:

What are the most popular afterwork activities in Panama?

When and where do afterwoks usually take place?

What main cultural differences have you experienced?

How did afterworks help you with your professional and social integration?

Share your experiences, anecdotes and tips to help fellow expats.

Between local working class an expat working class is too big of a diffrence. Most locals only earn +/-600-800 dollar a month, wich is barely enough to pay rent, buy food, and pay transport to and from work.

So a big part of the population isnt participating in any afterwork activities. The part that can afford afterwork activities, concentrates on low cost activities such as dog-meetings, couchsurfing meetings, free courses and volunteering. only a small part visits bars. Most afterwork activities are in support of a friend or familymember. going to watch a game of your college playing basketball, or a live performance of your girlfriends nephew. things like that.
