british citizen getting married in albania

hi guys, does anyone has previously get married in ALBANIA? me and my partner are going to get married in Albania this summer, I just want to re-confirm the documents that are needed, I know that I will need my birth certificate with an apostille on it and a CNI with apostille. Are these all I need?

1. Identification document (passport or identity card) for two citizens
2. Residence permit or confirmation of legal residence in the host country, for each state
3. Document for the foreign citizen who allows the marriage (legalized or apostille)
4. Identification document for witnesses

This is everything i believe, hope you wedding went well. I am in the process of planning out wedding in Albania too
