One need to have completed 4 years before applying for unlimited single permit.

Hi, I applied unlimited single permit online yesterday. do you know the processing time? How long does it take to receive annex 49?

Last year I did this in Brussels and the work permit was issued in 3 days after my request and two weeks later the single permit was approved (annexe 46). I made my request on May 7 and received the annexe 46 on May 23rd

If your place of residense is brussels i suppose it's possible in 3 years.

If place of residence is Flanders it's necessary to have 4 years before your application.

Hi, how much time did it take eventually, and was it in Flanders? I applied a month ago, and still see the status as 'newly submitted' on the portal.

Is it possible to apply for an unlimited single permit through an employer?
