Unlimited Single permit in Flanders Region Belgium for Non EU

Sherin2024

How long do we need to work in the Flanders region to apply unlimited single permit? The Flanders region website does not clearly say anything like other regions like if our family resides in Belgium. If our family resides in Belgium, Can we apply in 3 years like other regions?

Hi, I applied unlimited single permit online yesterday. do you know the processing time? How long does it take to receive annex 49?

masstonsils0e

Last year I did this in Brussels and the work permit was issued in 3 days after my request and two weeks later the single permit was approved (annexe 46). I made my request on May 7 and received the annexe 46 on May 23rd

@karthick_ Thanks for the reply, I have an additional question. Is that possible in 3 years, If we work in the Flanders region and stay in Brussels or Wallonia?

@Sherin2024

If your place of residense is brussels i suppose it's possible in 3 years.

If place of residence is Flanders it's necessary to have 4 years before your application.

Hi, how much time did it take eventually, and was it in Flanders? I applied a month ago, and still see the status as 'newly submitted' on the portal.

Hi, did you apply in Flanders? How long did it take to get both the unlimited work permit and residence permit attached to it? I applied a month ago, and still see 'newly submitted' as status on it.
