Where can i buy a pipe in or around Brussels?

Hello! Could you help me find a shop in or around Brussels where i could by myslef a pipe? Im not looking for a water pipe, but for a simple pipe such as this one: http://www.gaudium.it/public/products/pipa_chiara_curva_P141_mod602.JPG So far i could only find one place that is relatively close to my location (La Tête d’Or) but the prices are sort of ridiculous. Actualy i don't intend to pay more than 25-35 euro for it. I'd be really glad if you guys could help me! :shy
