is an area in Vitosha Mountain with a spectacular view over the city. It is easy to recognize it by the TV tower erected there. The spot is popular with lovers who come by car or taxi at night to watch the city lights.

is a restaurant in the city centre well worthy of its name – situated on the 24th floor of a business building, it offers the perfect setting with a bird’s eye view of the capital. Choose it for a morning coffee or for a dinner and cocktails on the open-air balcony in summer.

If you are outdoorsy at all, you might consider proposing up at  Rila 7 lakes, which is just gorgeous. It is a bit off of A3, at Dupnitsa.

The Vitosha mountain is a great place - no doubt! BUt if you and your girlfrient /future wife/ do not feel like going to the mountain, I can suggest a couple of great places in the city center.

No ... This place is far from Sofia. But it has  fift.
Just under "Bezbog" peak. And only for mountain lovers.

The lift broke down, so you need a car to get there or if you are really mad you could walk it lol
