Is this something elite? Because I wouldn't know that :-)

For the masses there are "vendeglatoipari foiskola" BA courses, and different levels of "OKJ" courses which are always worthless.

Isn't this something you learn as an apprentice of a master chef?

Hi, Gab it is not the right post but I know that you are looking for an apartment and a job in the city so , I was lazy to reply to the correct post and I reply here.

Regarding the culinary school, I did not heard about Le Cordon Bleu in Budapest but the international hotel chains like Intercontinental,etc organize cookery classes.

Oh, I see, thank you. Yes, I am currently looking for accommodation, but for an apartment. As much as I would love to be in a position to afford hotels, because I do love them, I am not. I will have to hostel it like everybody else, I just hope it's not for too long.
