Help with permesso di soggiorno

Hello, I am coming from Bosnia and Herzegovina, I am 20 years old and I would like to ask a few questions about my situation which is not really good.

I had "permesso di soggiorno" with familiar motives since 2012 and it expired in January 2014 because I was unable to renew it due to conflicts within family.
The situation from that time has changed by following.
The conflict is gone and I got fired from my job in Bosnia. Now I want to ask is there any possibility for me to come back to Italy?
Also I want to add my parents are both employed in Italy and have their own apartment.
Any help and clearing the situation up will be really appreciated.

Hello.聽 You're best option is to contact the Italian Immigration Office, or an Italian Consulate/Embassy, and explain your situation to them.聽 They are the ones that will be able to accurately answer your questions for your particular situation.聽 Good luck.
