Want to move to Kosovo from the United States, please help.

I am currently looking into moving to kosovo after i graduate from college. my boyfriend is from there and is currently living there and i want to move so that we can be closer to one another. If anyone has advice, please message me, Thanks!

hi and thanks for messaging me. I may continue my education over there if i can find a school that speaks english lol. My boyfriend lives there and we are trying to decided on whether or not if i should move there or if he should move here. I would love to come there for a year or two and see how i enjoy it and see if i would be willing to move there! do you have any advice that may be able to help me? or tell me everything you know Thanks
