Polish Border guard Appeal

I am a Polish TRC card holder. I lost my card and applied for a replacement. In the meantime, I attempted to travel to Germany to visit a friend, but the German police deported me back to Poland. Upon my return, the Polish border guard informed me that when I applied for a new card, my previous one had been suspended鈥攕omething I was unaware of at the time.

As a result, the Polish border guard issued me a letter requiring me to leave Poland within 30 days. However, I have already filed an appeal against this decision.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation? What are the chances of winning the appeal, and how long does it usually take for a decision to be made?

Note: I have already received my new TRC card.
