Can non EU citizens buy apartments in Poland??

Hey I been searching the web and can't get a straight answer;
can an American who has a residents card buy an apartment here in Poland?
I looked on the Embassy website and all through google n such and could not
get a straight answer??
I know its legal if I was from another EU country, but can't find the answer
for an American citizen?

yes any EU citizan can buy in any EU country I have dne 1st in Spain and now in Poland , it was far less complicated in Poland.
