renting out apt help

HI. We purchased an apt in Libson last year thinking we were moving there, and then plans changed. Now we visit quite often (from France) but would also like to rent it out (furnished) to vacationers. We need to find people we can trust to take care of handing the key over, making sure people have everything they need/advice, and especially cleaning.聽 Does anyone have advice on finding reliable people or business that does this.

Hi my name is Deana and聽 was just looking through the add and I will be in Lisbon for a couple months and just wanted to know if your apartment is rented for the month of December.
