First of all is your girlfriend aware that you are already married or you lied her that you were single?
Then according to any western law (including Romanian) it is bigamy and illegal to be married to 2 women or 2 men in the same time.
So there aren't many solutions except to go and live in Egypt were you have different laws from the rest of the world. But probably she won't accept. Which I find normal.

Reading the previous answers, I'd say that as long as you made your issue public, there is a privilege to reply on this forum.

As for your situation tough luck for you. Since Romania is a normal state in which bigamy is illegal (reiterated by Sylvia), you shouldn't accept the fact that she would give you 100% while you give her 50%; you would need to divorce in Egypt. I'd be mostly concerned if kids are involved in that marriage.

Any marriage that is not disclosed to the authorities but will eventually be discovered, is grounds for criminal law and punishment by jail in Romania, in addition to being declared null.

If I were the girlfriend, I would wonder if I'm not next at being dumped when you find a better third love.

Stop wasting this woman's time or do the right thing with your previous wife! There is a big difference between legality and ethics. Having both will set you free of any luggage no matter how you decide.

PS: I'll quote one of my Egyptian students at my question of how many wives does he have (and I know that you can have up to four wives): "I can't afford more than one personality". Can you?

PS: am not an Egyptian and its long story to tell ..  yes i have the Egyptian nationality i hold 2 nationality's  but originally am not even from meddle east am from EU BTW

If you want to marry your girlfriend, its simple divorce your first wife.

Stick with the first one. Not easy, but divorce should not be an option.
