Looking for a native french speaker for a 1 yo baby

Looking for a native french speaker preferably from France who could speak French to a 1 year old girl. She already understands some French as we try to speak French to her from time to time. But we would like someone speaking and playing with her exclusively in French.
The tutor is supposed to communicate and play with our baby for about 1-1,5 hours twice a week.
Knowledge of Russian or English is desirable, but NOT necessary.
Pedagogical education is NOT necessary.
What is really NECESSARY is that you have to be really interested in communicating with a little baby!
