Hi all,

I wonder if you could advise me on whether I could use an American Bank account from Moscow with no restrictions? I am asking this in view of the more recent events in Ukraine. Not sure if any measures have been taken to restrict international financial transactions. Do you know? I am essentially trying to figure out if I could use a foreign (American) bank account to pay for my basic expenses while in Moscow without any restrictions.
