opinions on a new potential business

My wife is Serbian and we spend about half our time her in Belgrade. I want to start a small business here and wondering on opinions. the idea is of an herbal bar serving exotic teas and herbal drinks. such as mate, kava kava (fijian drink), kratom tea, and other herbal drinks.聽 a bar done in a fijian style (bamboo, surf boards, etc).. i have gotten mixed ideas from my serb friends.. many have also warned that serb conservatism could stigmatize it if聽 a hater spread falso info that made the exoticness seem like drugs, etc.. also i was warned about extortion.. any opinions on any of of my questions would be appreciated..thank you

I found in my last visit that A good Indian food restaurant is highly required specially Biryani House as Serbs are fond of good food and tourism will also like it.
