I am considering moving to Tenerife (or one of the Canary Islands!) and as a start want to rent a place while I have a look for a place to purchase. I have a cat and am wondering if there are people who can feed/ cat sit if I need to travel for a week or two.

I myself have experience with working with cats on the island of Gozo, with the SPCA there and am thinking that there is a similar organisation in the Canaries - particularly Tenerife.

Hi Ron,

Yes there are cat/pet sitting services in Tenerife. Best idea would be to post your needs in FB Wanted Tenerife, then you will get responses from the sitters available in your area.

I used to volunteer (dog-walking ~dogs-cats-socialization) at ASPCA in NYC - Manhattan Headquarters- Animal Hospital- on 92nd St -1st.&York Ave.
Great association-friendy staff, awesome dogs-cats re-education & sheltering /adoption programs.聽
