Referring to your question, the main point is "do you speak german?"
If yes, then you can apply via job.ch
If no, then it could be more difficult to find a job... A friend of mine who doesn't speak german is facing this situation.

Hey there,

I am not that fluent in french but working for a global company, then the main language is english.

Concerning my friend, this is pretty hard for him to manage... we all try to send hi cv but this is really not easy even if he has a very good past experience.

Hope you will find something quicklw.
