Airtel Dish connection issue

Hi, I purchased a MX satilite dish, I have brought an Airtel setup box. I tried all the frequencies but unable to get the signal. My question is. Does MX satilite dish is compatible with Airtel receiver. Any one has similar kind of problem. Please suggest a solution. I tried inquire with neighbours but not useful. also tried contacting the nearest satilite providers who suggesting me to go with new dish and LMB and setup box which costs around 60BD. But I have the dish, LMB, setup box and cable existing with me. Please help me in setting this. Thank you in advance.

hi,

i guess the best thing to do is call the guys who do the airtel setup thing and ask them for for the opinion and hope they give a honest opinion. Ask your neighbors is anyone uses an airtel dish and ask them for a contact. They will charge you just for visit as well at times.
