Removing runaway case on the system

Hi im an expant living for amost two years in bahrain i have an exsisting runaway case that my sponsor filed for me last year but recently me and my sponsor meet to settel it and he give me an noc mentioning there that he dont have any problem and he is willing to lift the case i have a new compny whose willing to give me sponsorship but they cant trasfer me bcos in the system the case is still not remove what the process to remove this pls help ..

You have to go to LMRA as they are the only ones who can remove the absconding status. In fact, I would advise that your sponsor does it.  Or better yet, spend some money, get a lawyer like Khalid Khan and get him to resolve it.  Because it can be complicated i.e. getting status removed in LMRA and then immigration....and after that, you might still have problems with the new visa.
