Apartment Rental in Tehran

hi, guys,
i'm going to Iran next month to start long term business, I used to be here for 3 years, now i want to start a new business.
i would like to rent an apartment in Tehran, near to Vanak Square, might be 20 minutes by driving, on Jordan street is the best.

any one can help for this ?
