@Nafis Tyagi , transfer request was received technically by your current employer (company) after the time you clicked the accept button for offer of new employer/company in Qiwa platform. IF things goes well, your will be locally transferred to new employer after completion of notice period in the Qiwa system.

Nowadays, the current employer doesn't have button anymore to REJECT transfer request in Qiwa system.

Yes, that is Gpbcexpat2023. No exceptions.

Days can be reduced in Qiwa from the Current employer.

As the company is in Red then you can transfer out with mutual consent of course.

After the 90-day notice period in the QIWA platform, The current company can sue me for a labor case if I leave the company without their approval/consent? Because I applied 3 months ago to another company then i accepted a new Job contract in QIWA from my new employer. For more than 8 years I have been working with my current company but the contract still not finish. Thank you...

I have got offer from new company through Qiwa and I accepted. Thereafter ,pending for notice period completion as well as time period begin 62 Days. And Shown on screen that transfer date on 29/06/2024.

My Question is that my company is in Green category due to it my transfer will be done automatically or after completion the notice period request would goes to my Current company.

I have a job in qiwa. 60 days fnotice period.

System shows  # approved- pending transfer of Sponsorship.

I finished my contract as a Doctor in I Military Hospital. The HR persons says that they do not access to qiwa.

What should I do?

The offer period is valid for 14 days.

As per the new labor law for expats in saudi, if you have completed 12 months of service in the company, you are eligible to get a Transfer to another company subject to completing the notice period in the QIWA system. You can also reduce the days (as a modification if have sufficient proof to show you handed resignation in email of in writing before clicking the termination in Qiwa).

As for the Final Exit, it is not possible to for the employer to force you leave KSA on Final Exit if the EMPLOYEE does not wish to. Even if the employer gives the Final Exit without your permission, all you have to do is (if you have another kafeel willing to accept you),

1. Take the Final Exit print out
2. Your Iqama Copy
3. Your new contract or offer letter
4. Letter from you stating your unwillingness to Final Exit and you need transfer to new company.
5. Letter from new Kafeel stating there is a suitable job for you and the new kafeel is willing to admit you under their sponsorship.

Take the above documents to Labor Office (go with your new kafeel if possible), then they will manually transfer you to new Kafeel (time frame unknown but I think this happens withing very quick time).

Hi sir/mam, what if I did not finished the contract but agreed to terminate By agreement of the parties under Article 74 (shown in QIWA Website).

To date, i still have 53 days remaining for notice period under QIWA website.

and I have another Kafeel or sponsors willing to transfer me however they have sent an exit visa.

What should I do? TIA

After 90 days how can be automatically cancel the new employer request? as per qiwa support you need to wait atleast 14 working days before it will happen? is this true?

Talk with your current employer to reduce the notice period to zero (0) day. They have the button to do this in Qiwa portal.

Negotiate with them. Offer by paying 1 or 2 month wage compensation to transfer your visa.
