Road car accident

Recently I met with a car accident and Najm said it was 100% my fault and I had an expired auto insurance...

Now the" not at fault guy " took one quotation from Taqdeer and fixed his car at showroom(car dealer) which cost more than the taqdeer quotation.

His insurance company paid for his customers car repair. Now his insurance company will sue me for claim or what? Till now nobody called me.

If he sue me, do i have to agree to pay听 the same amount as per taqdeer quotation or the amount he spent for fixing the car in showroom.

Please advise

YOU DONT HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING IF YOUR INSURANCE IS 100% PREMIUM

YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY WILL PAY FOR IT

I am not sure why Najm process the accident report.听 I am in the same situation 3 years ago but the fault is with the other driver.听 Najm refused to process it since his insurance is expired and police were called and brought him to jail.听 His kafeel help to release him in the condition that they will settle the taqdeer quotation within a week.听 After I received the payment, I signed a document stating that all has been settled with the other party.

In your situation, it seems that the other party is fully insured.听 They will probably sue you and it may take some time before you received a text message from police asking you to visit the nearest station.
