Dear All,

Please share the complete procedure of transferring a child from father sponsorship to mother sponsorship in saudi arabia?

Please reply only who have complete information or who did for them selves.

Hello Basit Khan,

Saudi's law doesn't allow to transfer from father's iqama to mother's ..if both of them have different valed iqama..thats what聽 happened with us.

Mothers can't sponsor children IF father is on a valid work visa in the Kingdom.聽 She could be working too but it won't happen.聽聽 Unless you have wasta.

Hello Friend,

If father (associated with private sector) is leaving on final exit and mother (associated with the government sector) is working in KSA and will continue. In the above described case, a child sponsorship can be transfer from father to mother before fathers leaves Saudi Arabia.
