Activities for women in Khobar

Hi all,

I'm a British muslim who just moved to Khobar and I was wondering what there is
for women to do in Saudi Arabia as a past time? Are there all female gyms?
Swimming pools? Would I find women only halaqas or study circles in both English
and Arabic in the Khobar area?

I'm also looking to find a nice islamic community of expat sisters here who are
practising and like to have fun too to socialise with.

hey there is a large community in khobar who share ur interests, i met a good group that came to visit in Al Hasa. u r sure to meet up with some good ppl.

This is a good question. I am considering going to Jubail / Alkhobar / Dhahran /Dammam for work (with my family). I am wondering if at least compounds might have exercise equipment.聽 How do women run there?聽聽It seems against pc norms to run outdoors.
