The answer is you probably won't be able to work in Turkey.
Turkey is very strict on foreigners working here and they predominantly want Turks working so make it VERY hard for anyone else to get or be authorized to work.
I have a friend who is a registered Trauma nurse in the UK, AND also has Turkish citizenship (she is married to a Turk) and a year down the line she is still waiting for the Turkish government to approve her paperwork to work.
As a Pakistani national with no Turkish citizenship I would imagine it would be nearly impossible - sorry.

If you type into google search 'nursing jobs worldwide' you will see many agencies that help you with just that.

I dont think so. Im a nurse too but im working now in their government hospital your first requirement is you have to speak turkish very good cause most doctors dont speak english... send your school name to YOK Ankara if their system recognize your school then start to translate your paper but if not so sorry to say you cant have DENKLÄ°K- means equality... If you have denklink anywhere you go u can apply work..

YÖK - it is located in Ankara. You have to get License of Equality in any field you finish in University or highschool. It is a government rule that all foreigner and local citizens when they study or finish school outside Turkey boarder they should ask of equality in this Department. ıf you have equality paper you can work here anywher on your field of job.
