Rent a flat or a house in Dubai

Christine

Finding a place to live is a priority when settling in Dubai. Your experience will be of a great help for the members who want to settle in Dubai.

Therefore, we have prepared some questions for you:

Is it hard to find a flat or a house for rent in Dubai?

How to find a home in Dubai: classifieds, real estate portals, real estate agencies?

How much is the rental for a house, an apartment?

What are the formalities or the required documents for renting an accommodation?

Which advice would you give?

Thanks in advance for participating!

Hello,

Well to rent on a long term basis, you will need a resident visa on your passport, this is mandatory. Then it's easy to find, you just need to have a budget in mind and where you would like to live, area wise, close by your work place, family area etc etc...
It depends, but you will have the choice. On another hand get in touch via for this, it should be helpful.
