Nice informations from you but still need some help concerning wedding laws and regulations information in Alberta.
My sister planned to wed someone in Alberta and want  to know the process for  legal wedding in Alberta.
Also if she gets married from her native country Â… does she need to produce some documents or registration formality to be legally recognized as a Canadian citizen ?

How does she obtain these two certificate listed hereunder from a registry agents to get approval for her marriage in Canada
(1) Marriage License
(2) Registration of Marriage

Are both couple Canadian citizens.
If she gets married in her native country (via marriage registry), that will be recognised in Canada. She does not need to get married  in Canada as well.
