Moving to Australia with a PR and an NL company job

We have received our PR for Australia a month back and we are excited to move there. I am healthcare professional.听 We are UK based but my husband has a job in the EU. Now with this PR in hand, my hubby's EU employer has agreed to remote working from Australia but he will have to travel to Netherlands for work occasionally. The company however can not take him out of NL payroll where he will continue paying taxes, social security even though we will be in Australia. Are there any potential issues that we need to consider? We have heard that Netherlands and Australia have a double taxation agreement in place as well as social security agreement is in place too (not sure of details) but is there on this forum have managed to achieve this or any recommendations. We are planning to move in six months, so ideally any ideas on how to prepare for this, I would highly appreciate!
