Company address related queries in New Zealand EOI form

Hi,
My name is Ram and while filling up the past company's work experience details in the EOI for New Zealand PR, I noticed that my one of past companies address has changed according to their website. Now, in the EOI form, do I need to fill up with their new company address or old company address? In my experience certificate, the old address is appeared.

However, In the NZQA assessment form, I have mentioned their new address instead of old address. Will it it be any conflicted on this?

Kindly advise how to tackle this matter of company address.

Address won't matter in your EOI. Just make sure you make a cover letter and explain the situation at the time of submitting "ITA - Invitation to Apply" which is the next step once your EOI gets accepted.
