Alternative Health care ex. message therapist, acupuncture

I am looking for affordable,good message therapist who know about your body and what they are doing! Does anyone know of any good ones in Zona Sul area? This is part of my health regime and i am at a loss for how to find this service here. i am also looking for a good female general health doctor, who speaks english and has knowledge of alternative health procedures- like addressing diet, stress, preventative care. I shy away from drs who like to play god and think there patients need to be told what to do and put them through unnecessary tests! Someone who is caring and motivated by the clients real needs! Please help if you can.
I am living in Zona Sul so it would be helpful if these drs. were in close proximity.
