Bringing a cat to US from Colombia

We're moving back to the States after a year in Colombia and want to bring our cats. I know we need a vet certificate and a bunch of stuff for ICA but the websites are unclear and so far none of the recommended vets can actually do the certificate. Has anyone done this before and know of a vet that will help us?
