No, you can't. Local pharmacies accept Bulgarian prescriptions only. You should visit a Bulgarian doctor to have a repeat prescription. Read More

Thanks. Today, I applied to renew my permit but they told me that it would be valid not for five years (as you suggested) but according to the date of expiration of my current card, i.e. three years. Strange! Read More
