Is this required/practiced? I read everywhere that the hotel/landlord is supposed to register the foreigner but no one i know who has been to Vietnam has registered?

Personally, I like Ha Long Bay. It's relatively quiet and beautiful to boot. If you have a 10 year Chinese visa you can make a borderrun in 4 hours. Read More
