Most of the Versace, Gucci etc. stuff in Tunisia that people buy is knock offs. You're right... would you accept to be treated in this manner by a local man? Nope. So, don't be fooled by some sweet words that turn vile when he doesn't ... Read More

He is 100% using you. He is making you feel guilty for not sending money? Why is it your responsibility to support him... If he's talking to other women and they're sending money then he's just trying to get as many women as he can to ... Read More

aleksandra2

See a local lawyer, not a Tunisian lawyer. If your divorce is legal in the UK, it should be legal in Tunisia... just like when you married in Tunisia, your marriage was legal in the UK. I'm sorry you're going through this...but your best ... Read More

Do I need a visa to marry a tunisian and get married and live there. by Suzieqz

I can't find out what kind of visa I need if any as an American moving to Tunisia to get married and live. I move April 5th. And does anyone know why I need a new birth certificate to marry that in under 3 months old.

aleksandra2

You do need a birth certificate that's dated 3 months prior. The reason is because in Tunisia, when you get married, they print the name of the spouse on to the birth certificate. So, likely because Tunisians are required to have a current ... Read More

I would speak to a lawyer. I'm not in UK, but Canada but I'm sure there's something similar in the UK: You need to show the court you have attempted to find your spouse. If you cannot locate them, you may be able to apply for a court ... Read More

I'm not in America, but Canada, but the process is probably similar in some aspects. You will not be able to return to America with him after marriage. It's a long process that could take a year or more. Your fiance should look up what he ... Read More

What are your questions? The Tunisian is living there and should be able to go and find all the required information for you - that's the simplest way to know what is required. What's asked for is a certificate of non-impediment and a ... Read More
