@uwag No, Germany doesn't allow dual citizenship in general, but as I said it will change soon with the new law that will come in force soon, maybe in April 2024.If you cannot wait you need to apply for the 'Beibehaltungsgenehmigung'. With that you ... Read More

@uwagBefore you apply for the Mauritian citizenship, I would recommend that you wait until the new "Staatsbürgerschaftsgesetzt" in Germany is valid (maybe in Aril 2024), as otherwise you will loose your German citizenship. Or you will have to ... Read More
