It would best to not allow yourself to overstay, the process is easy, once you arrive here your passport is stamped for 21 days so if you plan to stay longer go on the date on your passport not a day before because they will not give you an ... Read More

forgot to leave the philippines by mefrmrdic

does anybody know the penalty for not leaving the philippines after a stay of 18 months. and believe me i forgot big time. the thing is that i would like to know now so i can make plans for the worse. any help would be appreciated. thanks mike

Yeah it will be a lot, it is better to follow the rules so when one stay past their 16 month or even 24 month clock they won't face a huge fee to pay before exiting the country. I just wanted to share what i know from living here for over 2 years ... Read More
