With a degree in English Language and Literature in 1994, I was co-founder of the FIND OUT Team Publishing Agency in March 2011. With over 30 years of experience in international marketing activities, developing new markets abroad, and in Organization & Sales Agency Management at Italian Publishing Groups, from December 2012 to September 2015 I was appointed Executive Director for Agenzia Letteraria Internazionale, task manager for the reorganization and development of the company in Italy and abroad. Now I am working as Head of Rights for a Chinese children books publisher in Beijing. Just started... The world of publishing was the beginning of everything, and that of children's books - in particular - the passion and fun of every day. Research, traveling and discovering places and people are still what moves my heart and deeper emotions. I do have a special kind of love for China where I have spent some wonderful moments of my life.
