Introduction
Born and raised on the south side of Minneapolis - been here in the twin cities for 30 some odd years and it is time to try something else on for a change. Been a few other places in the U.S., but now it's time for real change. My wife and I looking now to settle somewhere else. Right now France, Germany, Costa Rica, and Panama are list toppers. We have holiday in Mexico this winter so we're taking Spanish lessons again - fun ride!

Expat experience
I hope to start a business here in Minnesota and then take it with me once it generates revenue. With hope I can hire Ticos as my first employees!
We'll see when I get there.
Nothing yet, never been.
Society, health care system, government structure.
I do not want to be "just another American" in France. Should I move to France I desire to become French.
