Hello,

I was wondering if your search bore any fruit?  My wife and I are American powerlifters considering relocating to Oslo.  With our iron passion, finding a good gym is essential.  I would be very grateful to hear about your search and what you have found in Oslo.  It would be superb if you've found a place with equipment for Olympic lifting (platform, bumper plates, etc.)

So your into powerlifting as well huh thats cool, Sorry but haven't really had time to check many out yet as cant afford the gym at the moment with no work plus I am now heading back to Ã…lesund as the missus didn't get into the uni course she wanted which is the main reason we came here in the first place, The only gym I have been to was Domus Athletica which was good for my needs as im doing 5,3,1 so only need a bar and power rack, from what i remember they have couple power racks I think about three benches some ok bars and plates although the dumbells don't go up very heavy and they didn't have any bumper plates or a platform but it was about 2 years ago I went there so things might have changed but I doubt it, Are you looking to do Oly lifting as well then? I'd imagine your best bet is to go on a Oly lifting forum and see if theres any Oslo based lifters and see where they train, Hope you find what your looking for and hope your move goes well.
