Christine

Finding a place to live is a priority when settling in Naples. Your experience will be of a great help for the members who want to settle in Naples.

Therefore, we have prepared some questions for you:

Is it hard to find a flat or a house for rent in Naples?

How to find a home in Naples: classifieds, real estate portals, real estate agencies?

How much is the rental for a house, an apartment?

What are the formalities or the required documents for renting an accommodation?

Which advice would you give?

Thanks in advance for participating!

or campania

In my experience, there was no chance of finding a rental in Naples without being there and walking the streets and seeing the property within 1 day of it being advertised.  Otherwise it would be gone. - Im talking about the centro storico, not the hinterland.

what is the cost of a rental in or around Naples?

Modicasa

The cost depends entirely on where and what you want to rent, as well as the type of contract - transitorio or libero.  Furnished or unfurnished.   If you look on some agents websites or idealista.it you will get an idea of costs for affitti.
