The Ministry of Transportation has a service center in S Reap-, located on the 2nd Floor of Heritage Walk.

Hello,聽 when I arrived here 10 years ago, i've been in a driving school in Kratie, and showed my driving license, they kept it,聽 I gave 1 or 2 pictures, 125$, and had a cambodian driving license a few days after, and my belgian driving license back, of course.

it's expensive, but this is the correct price, and this driving license must be renewed every year for the same price, and since all this time here, nobody has ever asked me to see my driving license.
