Salsa dancing in Flic en Flac for the month of February 2023

Post new topic

jocelyn196186

My husband & I are keen Salsa dancers and would love to go dancing in Mauritius. My husband used to teach Salsa in England. If we cannot find anywhere, we may possibly create our own Salsa social night if we can find a suitable room or hall to hire in Flic & Flac. If anyone may be interested in this option please get in touch.

Regards

Jocelyn

There are Salsa classes in the North.

They do it during the week at a bar that is pretty much empty since it's the middle of the week. You should consider this option!

@jocelyn196186 Hello,

Find out more at the FLic en Flac social center (next to the playground and football pitch).

The room can be reserved for free to offer lessons.

Hello and hope you're well.

As said @jex2 there is a group of salsa dancers on the North (I'm a part of them ^^)

Every wednesday night from 8.30pm to midnight there is a latino party at The Cloud (Pereybere)

Also you can have on the south Bailando Latino

I'm going to send you a private message with all the contact

Have a nice day and all the best for this new year

Hello friends. 👋

Would have been really nice to have these salsa classes at Flic en Flac. I'm very interested to join in and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

I live at Flic en Flac and I think that we do lack some fun activities like this where we can meet some new people and enjoy.

By the way if some of you, know where we can have some activities like this please share.. 😅 I want to expand my social circle this year.

Hello everyone,

I'm a native latino living in Los Angeles. I'm visiting the island for 1 month,  would love to connect with fellow bachata or salsa dancers. I'm also a native Spanish speaker so if you need help with language practice I can help with that!

Cheers

@jocelyn196186 if you get domething started in F&F please message me too.

A possible venue in the South West is the Green village. They already do dance evenings in a dome in nature. There is also an outdoor place to have pizza after dancing. 😀
